(Marion?) & Laura Jordan Jenkins. According to the census records, they lived in the Herbert community in Neshoba county & the Moscow community in Kemper county while they were alive/married. My great grandmother Betty Jenkins Gray is one of their daughters. Laura had a son named John Monroe Jordan before her marriage to Francis. I believe their other daughters were Sudie, Alma and Altha. Laura Jenkins is buried at Herbert cemetery in the Herbert community in Neshoba county. I do not know where Francis is buried. John Jordan is buried at Zion cemetery in Kemper county. >From what little research I have done, I have a few theories based on census records on who Francis' parents are. I am also having issues on who Laura's family. Census records show she was born in Texas and shows up in Mississippi around 1870 or 1880 living with a sister Milisha?? Page. Providing if this is the same Laura Jordan. Also I would love to know what county they got married in.. I am wondering if Francis is related to the Jenkins family that is buried at Herbert cemetery..
