Secondly, the RootsWeb mail lists have been a disaster for a couple of years now, the primary mail list programmer died, last August, after a sudden illness.  His replacement has not been able to figure things out and many RootsWeb applications, either do not work, or only function sporadically. I attempted to post my message on both the Neshoba and Winston County mail lists.  I am subscribed to both, but my message did not post.  The Neshoba list has not had a post since 2013 and Winston since last October.  If you know anyone with the surnames in my original message who lives in either county, would you please forward my message to them. I guess the only reason this mail list is still working, is that I manage it, not that I have done anything special to keep it going. Thanks to all of you for any help you can give me.
