It would have been a riot where at least these three were killed and their property was destroyed. In the Kemper Vindicated book, it was a time of 1869. The writer said that it was written in Bloody Kemper between 1869 - 1871. I found an Alex Duncan age 16 murdered June 1870 in Kemper Co. The other book showed that there was a court case bought against some guys one of who was named Rosenbaum. I will get the other names and post another reply. Thanks again!
