I believe all Libraries offer this free service. I remember seeing the unusual surname of Jack several times. It would be quite interesting book to anyone researching that area. My interests, except for Hodges, lie more in neighboring county, Lauderdale Co., MS. I am researching these surnames: Hodges, King, Miller, Rainey, Rivers, Radford, Parker, Till, Partin, Plummer, Yarrell, Roberts, Bruner, Wheatley, Sisson. Most of these came from VA, SC and NC before migrating to Lauderdale Co., MS. Jeanette [email protected] Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. Do you know anything about your King family? My King family was not in MS, but was from Wake County NC and was in nearby Greene County, AL. It seems like I've heard they may be related.
