First, let me get the "court house burned .... and records lost" corrected. The court house did burn. The Chancery Clerk's office was in a building separate from the court house ... no records were lost in there due to the fire. In the court house, the offices were Circuit Clerk, Tax Assessor's office, Board of Education, Lots of old Justice Court Records stored in the balcony. Just about all of the Circuit Clerk's records were saved .... Do you have a clue of what the male's name was, or a little better date than just 1930? That is so vague.
