    3. I was told that Wilford Smith was a full blooded Indian? Tribe? If he were living in 1830 or so--as indicated--he might be listed with the Indian tribes? Could his first wife have been of Indian heritage? I am told that he married many times? and that his last wife was from "overseas" and returned to her own family after his death. Know anything about that? kate ----- Original Message ----- From: "MONA GRAHAM" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, May 02, 2001 11:07 AM Subject: Re: [MSJEFFER-L] Prather Lines > No, I do not. 3. I have never heard that Wilford had Indian blood.. According to my information he was born in 1794, possibly in Cumberland Co., North Carolina. I have very little information on him or his wives. He and Elizabeth Sermons Smith are buried in Sarepta Cemetery in Franklin County, MS. I cannont seem to find much information on him.
