Ann, I am so glad to hear that the vote is going in favor of keeping the flag! I live in Texas now so I couldn't vote for it. Last weekend I was in Jackson to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Col. W. D. Holder Chapter of the UDC, named for my great-grandfather. Our same Mississippi flag was waving when he was alive.
