    3. anyone out there with JOnes family in Fayette or Red Lick, Macie Married George Curvin born about 1891 in Maryland, have no idea what happened to him or where he went, but he is the one who gave the children away someplace on the 1900 census I am sure Macie is there, with her parents, any idea, folks, who they mighth have been, we have a picture of three girls, about 15, 16, 17 Macie was the only one who had the huge foot problem, on the family beneath hers on the 1920 census is an R.J. Jones, with a son who was aflicted, with something also...Ring any bells,,, Annie Macie Jones January 30, 1900 February 04, 1922 she was very young, and had elephant foot problems, with her legs, her two girls, one born in 1919 and another in 1920 were literally given away by the father, because they or he was unable to care for them, macie was ill and left a hospital looking for her children, and was found dead, she is buried in the City Cemetery in Fayette one of her daughters Lula Mae, is the mother of my husband, her name, growing up was Nell Vaughn the Vaughn's in Hazlehust raisided her but she was never adopted her sister, was raised by a Spain Family My husband Jerry Lindsey, lived on Old HIghway 51 in Crystal Springs, for k40 years they sold peaches there during the summer, used to be called J.B. Lindsey & Son Slaughter House, it is now owned by Wilson's there was an aunt, of hers, who was related Macie, God Bless Lynda
