Ms Queries Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ms/Jefferson/430 Surname: Arnold, Dixon, Baker ------------------------- I am searching for Thomas Bluitt (Blewett) Arnold who according to the 1860 Census lived in Jefferson County with his wife, Mary Dixon Arnold and 3 children. He left Jefferson County and came to Amite and Franklin Counties and had several more children and then according to family story, Thomas left his wife Mary with all these children around 1882 and came back to Jefferson County where he married again and had at least one (if not more) children. We also heard that he caught fire while in Jefferson County and we don't know if that was the cause of his death or not, as I do not have an actual death date or burial place.
