    1. Re: [MSJEFFER-L] RE: Bradshaw, A.J.
    2. Thanks for your response. I have A. J. and his family from his marriage until and after his death. I need futher back. I found Willis and wondered about him. Have found no proof, however. The family seems to think that his parents were John B. Bradshaw and Frances Morgan. Have not found that either. Thanks, again. Mattie

    2. Andrew J. Bradshaw married Elizabeth Sullivan in Jefferson Co., MS, on 10 Nov. 1838. A. J. Bradshaw appears in the 1840, 1841 and 1845 Censuses of Jefferson Co., MS. The 1850 Census of Rapides Parish, LA, shows, on page 93,: A. J. Bradshaw, age 33, born in MS Elizabeth " , age 30, born in GA Cynthia " , age 11, born in MS Sylvester " , age 8, born in MS The 1810 Census of Franklin Co., MS, shows a Wilis Bradshaw with one male over 21, one female under 21, and no slaves. There are censuses of Franklin Co. for 1816, the year before A. J. would have been born, as well as for 1820, neither of which I have here at home. Does this help? George R. Lewis
