Itawamba County Times - Dec. 11, 1980 Jeff Davis Clouse, 82, died Tuesday morning at North Mississippi Medical Center, the Belle Vista Unit after an extended illness. A retired farmer, he was a member of the Baptist church. Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fawn Grove Freewill Baptist Church. The officiating ministers were Rev. Phillip Davis, Rev. Grove Davison and Rev. Jack Raper. Burial was in Fawn Grove Cemetery with McGrath-Rasberry Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Clara Clouse of Mooreville; three daughters, Mrs. Ethel Smith of Mantachie, Mrs. Estelle Keith of Mooreville, and Mrs. May Evelyn Thorton of Memphis, Tenn.; three brothers, Tollie Clouse of Fulton, Glenn Clouse of Tupelo and Bollie Clouse of Mantachie; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Buse of Saltillo and Jettie Stafford of Amory; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. His grandsons served as pallbearers.
