Don, thank you for the information on James Jenkins. Every little bit helps. I could not find them in the Itawamba co. census for 1900. Am wondering if maybe they lived in Lee co. prior to James marriage to Velma. Think he had a second, possibly third wife but not sure and can't find a SSDI record on him. Thanks so much.
