The book I have says John S. Harden was born in 1800 in SC and died 1872 and was buried in Harden's Chapel Cemetery. His wife was Nancy Lee b. 1804 and d. 1878. It does not give the parents of either. Another family, the John Seely family, also came from SC. He married Jean Jaggers and had four children: Peter, Sarah, Elizabeth, and Samuel. Elizabeth married Henry Harden and had two sons, John and Henry Jr. John Harden had a son, John Seely, who moved to Itawamba county. He married Nancy in SC and they are also buried in the Harden Cemetery. Carol Tucker Cantrell
