A, 7th MS Infantry If you will go to the MS Divison, Sons of Confederate Veterans, website at www.mississippiscv.org and click on the "Mississippi History" tab, you'll find capsule histories of all these units, usually with the county of origin/organization for each company indicated. Look by regiment, then company to see if any of these could be your Elisha. Good luck!
