Hello Warren researcher. Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer! I came across some information this week about S John's wifes. I know there has been some debate abt where Sarah Robinson (second wife) came from and when she was born. According to "Abstract of Goodspeed's MS Memoirs" she was born 1804 in SC. It also states that they were married in TN and not in AL as we had thought. They must have move to AL shortley after. 1st wife is listed as Miss Gentry ba-1795 in KY married John S Warren. Died in KY. Some of the other related names listed: NB WARREN, Dr --B-in AL on April 10, 1834. Son of John S Warren and Sarah Warren (Robinson). Moved to Itawamba Co-Physician. also practiced in Prentiss Co. Never married-adopted 2 boys: Robjert J b-1867(as spelled in the book) & George B Warren b-1875. Hope this helps someone out.
