I have James A. Stephens wife as M. V. (Cassie) Warren, b. 1858 in South Carolina. I picked this up from a cousin. Haven't been able to verify. Verification would be helpful. Carroll A. Stephens and Mary Jane (Barnes) Stephens are buried in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City, Hunt County, Texas.
