Pound; 3years or War. Benjamin's Civil War record shows he was on "detached service" at times, can anyone explain what the detached service might of been? He was wounded at Corinth and during the last part of the War he was a cook. Benjamin died and is buried in Decatur, TN. and has a Civil War marker. He became a Minister of the Methodist Church.
