If so, I can send you the info compiled by Wanda Gregory, the "Nix expert" who lives in TN. Nearly everything I know about the Nixes comes from Wanda. My Nix family was not in Itawamba Co., but some of them were as close as Monroe County, MS. My direct line goes like this: 1. Joseph Nix, b. 1730-40, lived in Union Co. SC. 2. John Nix m. Sarah ?, lived in Franklin Co GA in 1801. Moved to Monroe Co. MS in 1831 where John died leaving an estate. 3. Joseph b. 1782 4. John J. Nix b. 1809 SC m. Edith Adams 1839 in Habersham Co. GA. 5. Benjamin Franklin Nix b. Dec. 4, 1849, m. Mary Isabelle Wilson in Gordon Co. GA in 1872. They later moved to Cooke Co. TX and are buried in Marysville Cemetery. 6. Finis Boles Nix, b. 1887 TX 7.
