I know they either need a copyright release of some sort on the original copyright need to be expired. I sincerely doubt this book's copyright is expired since it was published in 1986, but if the newspaper has no interest in republishing, perhaps they would sign a release. I would offer to make the contact, but my schedule right now is totally unbelievable and I won't be seeing daylight until time to start preparing for Thanksgiving. (That's why I made my "lookup offer" on a TIME-AVAILABLE basis.
