Itawamba County Times - January 17, 2001 Mary Jo Pate Mary Jo Pate of San Pablo, California, died Thursday, Jan. 4th, 2001 in San Pablo, CA. She was a beloved friend to all who knew her. Services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, at Duggan's Funeral Service in San Francisco, CA. Survivors include three children, Debie Heilig of Florida, and Richard "Thumper" Pate and Terri Thompson, both of San Francisco, CA; one sister, Johnnie Mae Tomason of Nettleton; three brothers, Donald Scribner of Danville, CA, and Pete Scribner of Reno, NV, and Jerry Scribner of Vacaville, CA; nephews. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Richard Pate; and a son, Mark Sadler.
