Amanda Jane Harris was the daughter of Basil Harris and Mary Ann "Polly" Marcrum Mary Ann "Polly" Marcrum was the daughter of Thomas Marcrum and Leannah Hallmark. I'll take any information you have, as far back as you have it on Christopher Columbus Smith and Elmira Mayhall lineage. My mother, Laverne Woolridge, told me she thought that Christopher Columbus Smith had killed someone and came to the Cherokee, AL or Itawamba County, MS areas. I think we have some Indian lineage also. Are you related? I have a very old photo of Christopher Columbus Smith, his wife and their children if you would like me to email it to you.
