    3. The University of Mississippi library at Oxford, MS has a lot of old MS newspapers on microfilm that I have been told they interlibrary loan. I happened to be in Oxford about 3 weeks ago and went by the library. They do not have a print out with a list of these newspapers. However these newspapers are in a card file listed by city and by the name of the newspaper. I do not remember seeing any Fulton newspapers. I did write down that they have some from Aberdeen, Columbus, Corinth, Holly Springs, Panola County, Pontotoc, Tupelo, and a lot on Jackson. They had a lot of other cities also but I was just writing down those that were the nearest to Itawamba County. I personally haven't gotten any from there on interlibrary loan, but I do know someone that has. I suppose the easiest thing to do is to give your library the town and years you are interested in and have them write the Ole Miss library. Be sure to tell your local library that you heard that Ole Miss will interlibrary loan them. Another place that has old MS newspapers on microfilm is the Delta State Library at Cleveland, MS. I have gone up there several times and looked at the Tupelo paper but I do not know if they interlibrary loan them. The other place I know about is the MS Archives, but they do not interlibrary loan. Hope this helps those that were interested in newspapers Martha Bone Greenville, MS
