My Grandmother Sarah Ann Wilkerson was born in Holmes Co and raised by Rueben and Amanda Barrett. Amanda Watson Barrett was her aunt. Anne pyle

    3. Is that the Rueben from Virginia? Yes, we did have Barretts in Madison County but these names don't look familiar. I'll ask my Mom..she'll know..she was half raised in Lexington. I'll get back to you asap. Back in the early 90s on *Prodigy the Barrett board was swamped...there was a line for Virginia and the name Rueben kept coming up. No one seemed to know much about it. I wonder if that is your line?
