Hi, I don't know much about Garland. His first wife was Coney Smith. Coney was born 8-26-1908 and died 2-27-1956. They had one child Alice born 2-8-1927. Coney was the oldest of 9 children that were born to Sam Smith and Joanna Jenkins.
