Hill thought to have been born about 1871 in Franklin County, MS. He moved to Franklin Parish Louisiana in the early 1920s. I have been told that his father and mother may have been buried in Ramah Baptist Cemetery. I also have been told that his family moved to Franklin County from Alabama. Any information that can help me launch a more focused search is appreciated.
