Hello Mr. Aldridge! I do have the book "Dummy Lines Throught the Longleaf." In fact, I helped Dr. Hoffman with small parts of that book. It deals with the sawmills and logging railroads in Lincoln Co., where there was longleaf yellow pine. Of course, some of those companies logged into Franklin and Amite Co., as well as eastward into Lawrence and Marion Counties.
