One of their sons, Sid Smith, who had a son named Dougal Smith, who had a son named Rayford Smith who is my father. From Sid down through my generation all have lived in Jefferson County Mississippi. My twin brother Ray Smith lives near my parents. My two sisters live 12 miles away from them in Franklin County and attend Sarepta Baptist Church. Dan and Mahala Smith are buried in that cemetary. I live in Corsicana, Texas. I have seen pictures of Dan and Mahala. She was a small dark haired and dark skinned lady. I did not know Danial was her second husband until I read it in this thread.
