Hi Billy, I am still looking for any information on Elan Byrd and John Miley. The paternal great, great, grandparents of my children. Elan's father was Sutton Byrd, I do not have her mother's name. Sutton's parents were Edward and Mary Magee Byrd. Edward was born in NC, not sure where he and Mary were married. Sutton was the oldest of 5 known children and he was born in Franklin Co., MS. I also have a Goodson line in Franklin Co., MS that I am researching. My maternal great, great grandmother was Casandre Goodson was born in Franklin Co., MS, she married John Edward Dove, II here in LA. Casandre was the 11th of 12 children of Benjamin and Emily Dorothy Mills Goodson. Benjamin had been married to Elizabeth (maiden name unknown) 1st and they had 10 children.
