William, The last account I had, which was from Paul Mogan, Jr., the book that is in softcover, photocopied, was out of print. I was given permission for a source to make a copy for me. It is a good genealogical source, but the indexing needs improvement. I can do some lookups for you if you have individuals who died before 1982, the cutoff date for Mogan's dat.
