I started looking into the Chapman's for my father's first cousin. My mother has a picture of Thomas's grave and I believe the tombstone has Thomas Ivan Chapman. I'll check with her in a couple of days to be sure. I also have some info that was collected in the seventies by another first cousin. It is very limited but it tells a little info about Susanah Damaris Wilson(called Mary). I live in Natchez which in only about 30 miles from Franklin County. I am going to research as soon as school is out (4 weeks). Also, I am going to Damacus Cemetary to see the gravesite. I will let you know everything that I find. My great grandfather was David Winfield.
