I think it was his brother Everett who married my father's aunt Decy Linder. Since they lived near Damascus Church which is now in Lincoln County, I think, you may find Harbard there. My Linder cousins at aelind@bayou.com have done a lot of work on our family at that time--including Smiths--and can probably help you.
