Thanks Debbie for your e-mail: The names you mention do not ring a bell. I have such limited information on my Middletons. My grandparents were Stephen Middleton married to Anna Adams, if you have any connection to them , I would greatly apppreciate it. Hi Marguerite, I have a Middleton line also but have very little info to share. My ggg-grandmother was Permela Middleton b. about 1799 SC, married Robert Thornhill in Amite Co., MS 9-22-1813. I know of 2 children: Margaret & Middleton. Margaret married David Emfinger. My ancestor, Middleton, married Elizabeth (last name unknown). I don't know the parents of Permela. Debbie Waddell
Would love to hear about Middleton's of Franklin co., especially around Meadeville, Roxie and Bude. Maybe I can connect with someone. I keep running into brick walls. Some of my Middleton's are buried in Midway Cemetery. I have very little information on them. Thanks a million. Marguerite, Any chance you might know the parents of Henry F. Middleton buried in Midway and the dates of birth of his children? I know a bit about his wife's line. Tony Miller in Calabasas, CA

There are books listing persons buried in cemeteries in a number of the counties in southern MS. Later today I will type out the wroten's for you but from the list of names you give I would be typing half of the book.
