My grandmother is Mary Elizabeth (Biglane) Cagle. Her father was Timothy Edward Biglane and his father was Thomas Biglane--the one you're searching for info. on. This is not much additional info., but from my research, he was born in Dromore West, County Sligo in Ireland and reportedly had a half brother that came to this country with him in approximately 1836. I think his name may have been William Rutledge. I found the passenger list from their ship while doing research once, but have misplaced the photocopy.
