John Prince born bet. 1790-1800 in North or South Carolina (conflicting census information). Isabella Lewis born December 5, 1806 in South Carolina. They married about 1824 in Mississippi and are living in Covington Co. from late 1830's to late 1840's. Prior to that they were living in Simpson Co., Mississippi. By early 1850's they are in Jackson Parish, Louisiana. Their son, Christopher H. Prince born Feb. 11, 1840 Covington Co., MS married (1) Amanda Jane Tullos. Bettye Prince Gilbert, 3029 Oak Valley Dr., Jefferson City, MO 65109
