The Duckworth family came to the area with a large caravan from SC led by the patriarch "Benjamin Duckworth". Among those who came with him were two of his children that married Thompson's. The Thompson's are my lineage. Would be willing to share whatever info I have that can help you with filling in some blanks of your own line. Nor am I directly related to the Rogers family, but am interested in the "Benjamin Duckworth caravan" from South Carolina! Several of my lines also came along this way and settled in Covington Co - 1815-1825. Since our ancestors usually traveled in groups (and I do have indirect connections to both Rogers and Duckworth), just wondering how much more you know about this trek?
