If he is, his birth dates are close enough to Sarah Allen Barnes to be a sibling or she could be a younger sister of his father John. Levi and Tobitha are my husbands ancestors. If it is not the same Levi, then maybe your John is a brother to the Levi (husband of Tobitha)and he named a son for his brother. Janet Smith
