Ms Queries Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ms/Covington/858 Surname: Miller ------------------------- On a recent trip to Mississippi I found a reference to James Miller and his family through the tax roll of 1810 and the census for 1820-1850 for Covington Co. William , Samuel and Martha together with grandchildren Martha and Warren Terrel were listed in the 1850 census. The document list other children as: Seaborn K., Josiah, Polly, Henry, John J., Rebecca & Elizabeth. The record shows James and Elizabeth married in Amite Co., MS in 1811. It further shows Elizabeth was born in 1796 the daughter of Lott & Rebecca (Gordon) Warren. The ref is "Hackley Warren" paper & MS marriage records.

I sometimes see references to Brady and Bradley Cemeteries in Prentiss, MS. I'm thinking that these are probably one and the same. Which is correct? Thanks, Steve Riner Pearland, TX
