Joseph married Eliza Barnes in Johnson County, TX about 1868 four children born to this union Idora, Moses, Sidney, Eliza. In Jul. 23, 1876 he married Lucretia Jane Shorter Spears,in Johnson Co., TX. Seven children born to this union Callie, Emma, Cassie, Joe W., Charles Henry, James Robert, and Marion Benjamin. Dec. 25, 1889 Joe md. Martha Jane Phillip in Kaufman County, TX and one child to this union Ethel. My line is thu James Robert Johnston.
