Lynda, I was in the Copiah Co. Court House about one year ago and found it a little difficult to get those heavy record boxes down. You have to use a pole with a hook (looks like the window openers we used in the old schools), then lift the box down to a table. I did not notice wheel chair accessability, so you will have to write or call and ask. I would take a strong person with me next time.
