I don't know just that it came thru from a PONGO1940@aol.com to the rootsweb site and was distributed to everyone on the mailing list for Rootsweb site. Apparently, PONGO whoever has info. for someone on some family line. These are always confusing when they come without family names mentioned in the message. Shirley G.
