Death certificate for Willie Edna James lists parents as W. K. James & Naomi Johnson. Marriage license for William G K James & Naomi Johnston is Nov 23, 1876. Tombstone in Mont Rose in Clarke Co. for Naomi C. wife of W K James gives dates as July 15 1861 & d Jan 27 1899 Fontaine site here has Thomas Alexander Fontaine m. Sarah Risher Daughter Elizabeth Jane Fontaine (1837-1917) m. James Patterson Johnston (1835-1914) in Clarke co. in 1857 2nd dau. Naoni C 3rd child b. 1864 Someone is checking on marriage license of William G K James & Naomi Johnston for spelling of her last name. Questions Will let you know when I know more. Hope this Naomi C. is the mother of my grandmother. Also--Mary Long buried in Old Oak Grove b May 6 1884 & d Sep 16 1912 w/o W. K. Risher Anyone know her.
