Here's my involvement with the Crosby's that I'm working on while in Meridian, MS. My Great Aunt Delilah (Lila) Skelton married William R. Crosby in 1899 in Clarke Co..l MS. They had three children. Gladys Crosby who married Buell Roscoe Carty, Marry Lou Crosby who married Addie Means, and J.W. Crosby who married a Ruth and they lived in Marion, MS. The first two lived in Lauderdale or Clarke Co. somewhere I believe All have passed on but I'm here digging to find their graves. I have no death dates except for Mary Lou Means who died Dec. 5, 1949 and for Wm. R. Crosby's death in 1943. From the city directories in Meridian, it appears that Ruth was a widow from J.W. about 1987 and I believe Delilah died in about the early 1950's. Can anyone relate to this family? shirleyga1@aol.com
