Shelton (b. ca 1810, Jackson Co., GA; d. ca 1848, Carroll Co., MS) m. 12/22/1835 in Carroll Co., Zilphey Corbin (d. before 1847)--my 3g-grandparents William Blaine Corbin (b. ca 1798, poss. GA; d. Carroll Co., MS) m. Jane Sanders (b. ca 1802, GA; d. Lampassas Co., TX)----were on the 1850 Carroll Co. census when their grandson, Lewis W. Shelton (listed above) was living in their household---my 4g-grandparents A. Jackson Kindred (b. ca 1832, NC; d. Limestone Co., TX) m. Elizabeth R. Morris (b. ca 1839, NC; d. Limestone Co., TX)---appear on the 1870 Carroll Co. census---my gg-grandparents Mary Ella Kindred (b. 11/5/1870, Carroll Co., MS; d. 10/26/1963, Eastland Co., TX) m.
