Arnold was the surety when Sallie married her 2nd husband 1837 in Autauga Co.,AL. However the William B. Arnold listed in the 1830 census there was born c1790-1800, so was a sibling of hers not her father. By 1840 there were no more Arnold's in Autauga co.,AL, I only find the bunch that stayed back in Oglethorpe Co.,GA & the bunch that had moved on to MS. Who was the widowed Elizabeth Arnold b. c1798 GA in Choctaw Co.,MS in 1850? I have to wonder if she's the widow of William B. Arnold as I can't find him in 1850 anywhere.
