My mother was Bertha (Bertie) Randall, daughter of John Thomas Randall and Lucy Maddox. My sister Lois Tyler Cockrell has corresponded with Teresa Bransby and has been trying to find information about the lineage. I remember my mother telling me I was named after her mother Mary Lucy. My mother (Bertie) was born 08/27/1915 and died 05/21/1976. My mother' s first married John Williamson (died 2 yrs after their marriage) and then married my father Dudley Brown Tyler. My father"s family was from the Vaiden/Montgomery-Carroll Co area also. Not sure if you will see this but just wanted to update. It turns out to be a small world---Teresa Bransby moved to my neighborhood about 18 months ago---just a few streets over. Imagine that.
