Parker, Missouri's brother, daughters of W. Franklin "Boots" and Elizabeth McNeer) were placed in the "poor house orphanage" by their Grandfather Joe. Estelle told Oscar that she would marry him if he would get her, John Ethel and another 1st cousin out of the orphanage.
