My name is Kim. My grandfather's name was also Arthur. But our family is sort of confused as to his last wifes name. His second wife was my grandmother. Her name was Rhelda. Do you have anymore info. on Arthur, such as birth and death dates so we can determine if your Arthur and mine are the same? I don't have my paperwork with mw today but I can tell you my Arthur died in 3/66. I remember because it was only a month after I was born. Hope our Arthur's are the same. Would be nice to find some more family. Thanks Kim

I know the most abt the Mullens as they are my direct ancestors, I know a bit abt the Longs but not much abt the Lott & Bibbs. the Longs came from Chester Co.,SC to MS by 1824. The Mullens came from NC>TN to MS. Also connected to this bunch are: Arnold, Bankston, Bryant, Laws, King, Fullilove, Taylor, & Wade. the more I research the wider the circle of relatives!!! Cindy
Recently we came to possess some old photos that were among the posessions of my grandmother, Mary Peter Hill, daughter of Lillian McEachern and Henry Willis Hill of Carroll Co., MS. Some we have a hint of who they are while others we have no clue about. They probably are of members of the families of Hill, McEachern, McDougal, Teasley and Calloway. Some are most interesting and we will be glad to share if someone is connected to these lines. I will be glad to send photocopies or email scanned images to someone who might be able to help identify the adults and/or children. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Betty

Would you mind looking up in your records and see if you have a marriage record for the following: Neil McNeill, born in Duck Hill, Montgomery Co.,MS Oct 1841 and married Ella Duren Melton, born in Emory in Holmes County, MS. I think they were married in 1866 in Holmes County. I understand these counties may have all been Carroll County at one time. Your help would be appreciated. Rev. W. Melton McNeill
