Hi June......I do have a copy of Hugh W. Smith's obit from an original newspaper clipping which was pasted inside the front cover of a small Bible owned by my grandfather, Charles Franklin Oakes. He was the son of Margaret Emily Smith, daughter of Hugh W. Smith. The copy is legible but yellowed. I will be glad to scan and send to you. Somewhere I have a copy of the obit for Gatsa Ann Simpson Smith, his wife. I do have the 1960 typewritten transcriptions typed by me from the originals.
