Based on Census reports, Dora Tate (born ~1898)was Katie's daughter. Dora was married to Edward Tate. Their children were Gwendolyn (born ~1920), Abraham (born ~1926), Lawrence (born ~1925), and Marjorie (born ~1930). Katie was the daughter of Dan and Ellen Tanner. Her other siblings were Flora Tanner (born ~1859), Ella Tanner (born ~1863), Virgil Tanner (born ~1862), and Lessa/Salis Tanner (born ~1872)
