    3. There are also "free" historical records available for Georgia. They are located at this web address. http://content.sos.state.ga.us/ They call it the Georgia virtual Vault in the event the link does not work. As I recall during my search to view some of the records available I had to download a special reader that was provided. It worked well and the records were great also.
